Click on "Anterior segment" so select all datasets from the anterior segment of the eye. Subsequently, buttons to further specify selected datasets (healthy and diseased tissue) appear below. Datasets of the posterior segment can be selected in the same way.
Click on "Reset/select all" to select none or all datasets.
To select the datasets of your choice, click on "show/hide datasets" and select datasets of interest.

To ensure comparability, expression of each gene was normalized accross all datasets. Note that normalized reads might change in the future when new datasets will be added.
Expression is visualized using boxplots (box: interquartile range, horizontal line: median, whisker: 90% of data). Each dot represents one sample. Click on plot title for details about gene (link to genecards.org).
